Welcome to Box of feels
Notice what you’re carrying, name it, and set it down when you’re ready.
Enter your invite code
Put it in once on this device and you’re in.
Filled in from your linkBeen in before? Why you’re seeing this again
The invite check now happens on our server, before the app is sent, so only people with a code can open it. That means every device asks for the code once, even if you’ve used Box of feels on it before.
Your boxes are still there. Nothing has been deleted and you don’t need to sign up again.
- Type the same code you used before, or open the invite link Dave sent you.
- Tick the two boxes and tap Continue. You’re straight back to where you were.
Safari and the home-screen app keep separate passes, so each one asks once. Each code works on up to 3 devices. If it says the code has been used up or switched off, ask Dave for a fresh one. Can’t find your code? Tap Already have an account below to sign in with your email or mobile instead, or Lost your code to ask for it again. If you cleared your browser’s website data, sign in with your email or mobile once you’re in to bring your boxes back.
How to get going
- Put it on your home screen. On iPhone, open this in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen. Then open Box of feels from the new icon.
- Put in your invite code and tick the two boxes.
- Sign in with your email or mobile. You’ll get a 6-digit code. No password to remember.
- Save your Recovery Key. It’s the only way back into your boxes on a new device, and nobody can reset it, not even Dave. Screenshot it or keep it in your notes.
- Pick a PIN, and Face ID if your device has it, so it opens quickly and stays private.
The deal
- It’s a test. Things will break, change and move around while it’s being built.
- It stays private. Your entries are locked with your own key before they’re saved. Nobody running the app can read them.
- It isn’t a crisis service or medical care.
- Tell Dave what you think. More, then Send feedback. The good, the bad and the boring.
Questions people ask: getting in, privacy, safety and kids.

The app is only sent to a device once a code has been checked, so a link on its own doesn’t open anything.
